This “Privacy Notice” explains how JBMI SRL (“ Company ” or “ we ”) collects, uses, discloses and processes personal data of our customers or merchants (anyone, a “ Merchant ” or “ Customers ”), in connection with our application , SB Order Fast , and the rights and choices available to individuals regarding their personal data. This Privacy Notice does not apply to the Company 's privacy practices in any other context.

Company 's processing of personal data in connection with our application is governed by this Privacy Notice and our agreements with customers. In the event of a conflict between this Privacy Notice and a customer agreement, the customer agreement will prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.

By accepting or downloading the application, you consent to the use of your personal information in accordance with the policies described below.

“Personal data” refers to information of any kind relating to specific or determinable natural or legal persons.

We may alter this Privacy Notice as necessary to comply with local laws or regulations around the world.

1. Personal Data We Collect

Information we collect directly from the people and parties with whom we do business

When you access our websites or use our mobile applications, we, our service providers, and our partners may automatically collect information about you and your activity on our websites or mobile applications.
